These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the v444 platform, including all games, services, promotional offers, and features available on our website. Password and Login Credentials

KYC Verification

v444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

v444 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards. Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours subject to KYC clearance. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly forbidden.

v444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees for which v444 bears no responsibility. Currency conversion charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

v444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All content available on the v444 platform, including but not limited to game graphics, software, interface designs, logos, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of v444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on v444 without prior written consent from an authorised v444 representative. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

v444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• v444 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, court order, or other legal obligation.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case v444 may apply an inactivity fee or close the account after reasonable notice by email.
